Policies and Procedures

Much thanks to Donna Fiebelkorn and her sub-committee for the work they did in developing a draft document that could be brought before the membership for a vote (twice).

Thank you too, to the membership, who contributed thoughtfully and engaged in the adoption process. I hope all can agree that the document, purposefully not called "by-laws", respects the informality of the group and the primary mission of information-sharing and dissemination between member institutions.

Email the MDE Prior to the Next Meeting

If you wish to email a question or concern to an MDE representative to which he or she can respond at the next meeting, use this link; if possible, state the name of the MDE rep you have in mind.


Meeting dates and locations for 2014-15:
  • October 3, Saginaw Valley State Univ.
  • December 5, Siena Heights Univ.
  • February 6, Albion College
  • April 10, Hope College

Contingency Plans for Meetings When There is Bad Weather
  • In case of bad weather, future meetings will not be cancelled. They will be held virtually. Look for information about the meetings, and potential changes, on the DARTEP website and Twitter.
